We highly recommend Brad and the team at German Service shop. They went above and beyond to help us with our BMW when a problem arose. They provide excellent service at a good price and we will continue to take our car to them from now on.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This is an excellent mechanic service. After years of servicing my car at Mercedes dealerships, I started bringing my A250 here and noticed no difference in the quality of service. The team is professional, friendly, and offers great prices. Special thanks to Tom McKee and his team for their helpful explanations and advice. I highly recommend them!

I can not recommend these guys HIGH ENOUGH... First time servicing my beloved Audi outside of Audi Australia's network and with a tonne of research I found Sven, Brad and the team and I was simply blown away. Quality of work, prices, level of visibility on the work being done (info and timing) as well as professionalism and friendliness is unbelievably good, rivaling if not beating the OEM service network. So much so that if you own a German (late model all the way to oldies) and you take it to a different mechanic you are doing both yourself, your pocket and your car a disservice! The only issue with these guys is how busy they are and how early you can get a booking which I hope can be resolved. Go ahead book your car in and thank me later!!!

A couple of weeks ago my husband had to take his 2014 Audi Q3 to his usual service centre as an engine warning light came on and the car was rough idling. The computer analysis said a new throttle body was required but the service centre said they did not have the part and they would not be able to get one until the new year. They said the part was not available in Australia and it may have to come from Germany. We needed the car for the holiday period so I googled for other highly recommended service centres and German Service Shop kept popping up in the North Melbourne area. My husband drove there immediately from the other service centre and even though they were fully booked Bradley said he would do his best to accomodate him and solve the problem. Later that afternoon Bradley called saying that he managed to track down a genuine Audi Throttle Body which he ordered and would have the next business day. When the part arrived he arranged for a time that suited us later that week and replaced the throttle body and did all the necessary calibrating , testings and clearing faults. My husband is very happy with the result and the car has been running smoothly. My husband said he can't recommend Bradley and his team highly enough and appreciate him accomodating us in one of the busiest times of the year leading up to Christmas. Going forward my husband will be taking his Q3 to the German Service Shop for service and repairs.

I’ve been taking my cars (BMW 318i and Audi A3) for servicing here for years. Always exceptional service! Brad and his team have always been clear and thorough with the maintenance issues and advice on the cars - on what needs attention urgently and what can wait for the next service. Very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend German Service Shop. Brad is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy. He always takes the time to clearly explain, and genuinely cares about doing the job properly. My car is always returned to me in perfect condition. I wouldn’t take it anywhere else!

I was recommended to German Service Shop for my C180 Kompressor and had never been there before. My car suddenly wouldn’t start when I was leaving work late, so I had it towed to them at night. When I arrived the next morning, they told me they were fully booked but still took me on as a new client and managed to fit my car in — which I really appreciated as I rely heavily on it for work. They were extremely professional, communicated clearly, and got the job done quickly. Bradley in particular was great from a communication perspective and kept me updated throughout the process. My car is now running perfectly. I’ll definitely be bringing my C-Class here for all future servicing. Great service all round!

Recommended by a friend from Sydney and really happy with the experience. Booking was efficient, drop-off was easy, and the service cost was much cheaper compared to Mercedes. First time we got our car serviced outside the company, and it was a great decision. Brad was very considerate and thoughtful about our budget — no forced extras — and gave clear advice on what needs attention now and what can wait for the next service. He even got some fuel filled, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Great first visit. Technician Bradley Ray was excellent—he answered my questions and even topped up my engine oil for free, which was a very kind and unexpected gesture. He's knowledgeable, especially with German cars, and the shop has a professional feel. I will definitely be coming back for all my service needs and highly recommend asking for Bradley.
